The property complex forms part of a larger business centre on the outskirts of Milan. It is made up of a total of six buildings (four owned by Investire SGR under management, two by BNP Paribas) and a communal gatehouse managed by the manager of the overall complex. Of the four buildings included in the “BE” project, three are multi-tenant offices and one is a services centre which includes a gym, a 100-seat auditorium, two meeting rooms seating 25 and 15 people respectively, co-working areas, a bar and a canteen. All this is surrounded by open-air green areas for socialising and relaxing, connected via roads and footpaths. There are also car parks, including bays for parking and recharging electric cars.
